Ballarini cookware comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes issues like warping, handle detachment, or coating defects that occur through no fault of your own. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overheating, metal utensils on nonstick surfaces, or normal wear over time. For warranty claims, contact us at hello@ballarinistore.com with photos of the issue and your purchase details.

Returns and exchanges are handled through Amazon’s standard return policy. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, visit Your Orders in your Amazon account and select the item you’d like to return. Amazon will provide a prepaid return label in most cases. If you received a damaged or defective item, contact Amazon customer service immediately for a replacement or refund.
